GENERAL RULES

1. Operational Organization

1.1. Placing your vehicle (hereinafter – TS) on the territory of the “TYAK PRIVOCITY” market parking lot does not constitute a storage contract. The parking territory is unguarded.

1.2. The information set out in these Rules is an offer (oferta) – a proposal to potential users to receive paid services on the conditions and according to the tariffs indicated below.

1.3. The owner of the “TYAK PRIVOCITY” market parking lot is not liable for damage caused by third parties to your property. Round-the-clock video surveillance is conducted on the market territory.

1.4. Market parking lot operating hours: daily, 24/7, without days off or breaks.

1.5. The visitor (client) crossing the entrance line of the “TYAK PRIVOCITY” market signifies their acceptance of these Rules, including the tariffs set by the market owner. The contract for paid services for vehicle placement is considered concluded from the moment the ticket is issued at the entrance booth.

1.6. General norms of behavior and morality must be observed on the market territory.

2. General Requirements

2.1. A fee is charged for providing a parking space, according to the established tariffs.

2.2. The parking lot is intended for vehicles, excluding motor-transport vehicles (motorcycles, scooters).

2.3. Persons under the age of 14 must be on the territory of the “TYAK PRIVOCITY” market parking lot only when accompanied by an adult.

2.4. Parking rules are mandatory for all clients and other persons on the “TYAK PRIVOCITY” territory.

2.5. The parking system is equipped with a license plate recognition program. Entry to the market is prohibited for vehicles without a license plate or with an unreadable, dirty license plate.

2.6. The parking booths at the entrance/exit are equipped with photocells that regulate the barrier arm. When entering/exiting, your car must fully drive past the parking booths and leave the photocell zone of operation. Stopping in the entry/exit zone is strictly prohibited. Otherwise, the barrier arm may drop onto the vehicle. In case of violation of this requirement, the owner of the “TYAK PRIVOCITY” market parking lot is not liable.

3. Entry

3.1. Entry to the “TYAK PRIVOCITY” market parking lot is possible 24/7, except in the absence of free spaces or technical impossibility of entry.

3.2. Upon entering, stop the TS next to the booth, ensure the barrier arm is closed. Press the ticket issuance button.

3.3. Take the ticket, wait for the barrier arm to open. Keep the ticket until you exit the parking lot. A fine is charged for ticket loss.

3.4. If you are a season ticket holder and your TS license plate is linked to the ticket, the recognition system will open the barrier arm automatically. If the system fails, present the card to the card reading area for confirmation.

3.5. After the barrier arm is fully open, enter the parking lot territory and take a free spot according to the markings.

3.6. When entering, wait for the barrier arm to close after the previous TS to avoid damage to your TS or market property.

4. Movement

4.1. On the parking lot territory, you must comply with traffic rules; the speed limit in the parking area is no more than 5 km/h.

4.2. The vehicle in the parking lot must be within the boundaries of 1 (one) parking space marking.

4.3. For movement within the parking lot, always be guided by Russian traffic rule 13.12 (unregulated intersection passage).

4.4. The TS owner must prevent the movement and use of their TS without their presence.

5. Payment and Season Tickets (Passes)

5.1 — 5.4. Payment is made at the automatic payment terminal. The system reads the necessary information from your ticket and calculates the amount based on the current tariff. Payment is made by bank card.

Season Tickets (Passes): You can purchase a monthly pass at the “Privocity” cash desk.

Initial card purchase fee: 200 rubles.
Renewal: possible at the automatic or manual payment terminal.
Linking: strictly to the TS license plate indicated by the owner.
Loss: the pass is non-refundable and cannot be restored or exchanged.

5.8. If you have not left the parking zone within 30 minutes after payment, subsequent charges will be calculated according to the current tariffs.

5.9. In case of debt for services rendered, the parking owner has the right to detain the client’s vehicle until the debt is settled (Art. 359 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

6. Exit

6.1. Wait for the barrier arm to close in front of you after the previous car.

6.2. Drive up to the automatic exit booth.

6.3 — 6.6. Present the parking ticket or card to the reader slot. Complete the payment if necessary. Wait for the barrier arm to fully lift.

Lost/Damaged Ticket: Vehicle exit is technically impossible. You must approach parking staff, pay the 500 ruble fine + parking time according to tariffs.

7. Tariffs (Detailed)

TS height up to 2.10 m — 50 rub./hour.
TS height from 2.10 m to 3.10 m — 100 rub./hour.
TS height over 3.10 m — 200 rub./hour.

8. Liability

Compensation for damage to your property or the property of the parking lot/third parties is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The parking owner is not liable for the safety of vehicles or any property left inside them. In case of unauthorized presence, the parking owner reserves the right to evacuate the vehicle at the owner’s expense.

⛔ PROHIBITED

Entry for vehicles in emergency condition, severely damaged, or being towed.
Entry for vehicles without state registration plates.
Occupying multiple parking spaces simultaneously.
Parking on the roadway or in unmarked areas. Blocking passage.
Washing, repairing, or refueling the vehicle.
Intentionally damaging property on the parking territory.
Conducting promotional or propaganda events (including musical/theatrical performances) without the written permission of the “TYAK PRIVOCITY” market owner.
