For Tenants

There are 4 trading types in PRIVOZ:
1. Large wholesale trade – 40 wholesale pavilions with a total area of more than 8000 square meters
2. Small wholesale trade – 110 pavilions with a total area of over 3,000 square meters
3. Truck trading – three sites with a total area of 18 000 square meters which can accommodate up to 400 vehicles.
4. Retail – 40 outlets with a total area of 2000 square meters.
The total trading space market is 31 000 square meters.

OUR MARKET IS OPENED 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM 04.00AM TO 08.00PM
A tenant can pass the market’s territory after 08.00 pm and before 05.00am only after the official application (written form) sent to the Market’s Administration. A tenant can have a special pass schedule to the market’s territory. Permissible speed limit on the market’s territory is 5 km/h. Car entrance is charged. A tenant has an access to his/her rented spaces according to the given Regulations
